Terms of use
Draft for owner and legal review · Updated September 9, 2026 · Not yet effective.
About these terms
These proposed terms describe OficialUSA, an independent app for general immigration information, organization and preparation. The proposed publisher, OficialUSA LLC, remains subject to verification of Florida formation approval. The final contracting party and effective date must be confirmed before publication. Contact admin@oficialusa.com.
Information, not representation
OficialUSA is not a law firm, government agency or legal representative. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. No affiliation with or endorsement by USCIS, DHS or another agency is implied. Consult a licensed immigration attorney or DOJ-accredited representative for advice about your circumstances.
You remain in control
Guided forms transcribe answers you provide; they do not choose your eligibility or submit an application. You must check every answer, current form edition, instructions, signature, supporting document, filing address and government fee before filing. Government forms and official case-status services are available from the government without buying this app.
Use only information you are entitled to access or handle. If helping someone else, obtain their authorization and protect their documents. Do not try to bypass security, misuse another person's information, abuse our services or present app content as an official government decision.
Status, deadlines and study tools
Saved history reflects information available to the app, not guaranteed complete government history. A displayed processing time is contextual information, not a promise for your case. Reminders and news can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Verify actual notices and deadlines with official sources; do not rely solely on this app for time-sensitive action.
Citizenship lessons and practice results are study aids, not the official examination or a guarantee of passing. Requirements can differ by filing date, applicable test version and personal circumstances. AI explanations can be wrong; confirm important statements against linked official sources and qualified guidance.
Free and planned paid features
The current development build has no live checkout. Any price shown is a planned offering, not a purchase completed by reading this page.
The proposed Premium options are US$9.99 monthly, US$26.99 every three months, US$47.99 every six months and US$83.99 annually, subject to final store availability and confirmation. The annual proposal is approximately 30% below twelve monthly payments. If subscriptions launch, the store purchase sheet must show the applicable price, billing period, auto-renewal terms and cancellation method before confirmation.
A proposed clean guided-form PDF unlock is US$36.99 per application, separate from Premium and government filing fees. A watermarked preview is not a ready-to-file document. Exact purchase scope, restore behavior and entitlement verification must be finalized before sales begin. Premium does not include this separate PDF unlock.
Future charges, cancellation, refunds and restoration will follow the disclosed store terms and applicable law. Deleting app data is not subscription cancellation. These draft terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or create a blanket no-refund rule.
Privacy and security
Read the privacy policy draft for current local storage, optional AI, external lookups and deletion limits. Keep your device protected and review any file before sharing it. This site does not ask for immigration identifiers, payment information or USCIS credentials.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app is developed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, government approval or a particular immigration outcome. Before public paid service, material changes, support procedures and any service discontinuation must be addressed with appropriate notice and protection of existing purchase rights.
The legal reviewer must confirm the contracting party, intended age/audience, applicable consumer terms and any additional liability or dispute provisions. This draft deliberately does not invent an arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or automatic limitation of statutory rights.
